HOW DO I PAY? 

We accept PayPal and all major credit cards such as Amex, VISA and Mastercard.

CASH ON DELIVERY (COD): 

We do not offer a Cash on Delivery (COD) option for our deliveries as they are fulfilled by a third-party courier service. Instead, we utilize Shoppay as our payment gateway. Shoppay is renowned for its security and reliability, making it one of the safest gateways for credit card payments globally. You can learn more about Shoppay here. Rest assured, we prioritize the security of our customers' information. We do not store any credit card details and accept all major credit cards including debit cards through our secure payment gateway.        

INPUT OF SHIPPING ADDRESS:

In case you have placed the order and realised the delivery address is wrong, please email us at info@smib.com.sg. Please note that change of delivery address is based on best effort. We will definitely assist to make change for you. However if the order is already delivered to the initial address, SMiB Singapore will not be liable for it.

HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE? 

Singapore Delivery: Kindly note that orders placed 23:59 will take 2-4 business days during the non-sales period. Whereas during sales period it may prolong delivery time due to exceptional volume to be handled. 

Malaysia Delivery: Kindly note that orders placed 23:59 will take 3-14 business days during the non-sales period. Whereas during sales period it may prolong delivery time due to exceptional volume to be handled. 

International Delivery: Kindly note that orders placed 23:59 will take 4-8 business days during the non-sales period. Whereas during sales period it may prolong delivery time due to exceptional volume to be handled. 

DELIVERY SCHEDULE AND TIMING:

Deliveries are fulfilled by third-party companies and unfortunately we are unable to accommodate requests for specific delivery days and times. This practice is standard across online platforms due to logistical considerations and varying delivery routes. Our delivery partners aim to deliver within a reasonable timeframe after the order has been processed and dispatched.

HOW MUCH IS THE SHIPPING FOR SINGAPORE? 

We are happy to share that we offer free shipping for purchase above SGD 49 for Singapore. A shipping charge of SGD 3.99 applies for purchase below SGD 49. 

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY? 

For orders shipping from Singapore to Malaysia, we offer free shipping for purchases above RM 299. For orders below RM 299, there is a flat shipping rate of SGD 10. For shipping rates to destinations outside Singapore and Malaysia, please refer to "Shipping" section for detailed information.

IS IT SAFE TO USE MY CREDIT CARD ON YOUR WEBSITE? 

Yes, absolutely! We do not retain your credit card information after your order is complete. Rather, you will be directed to PayPal's secured site for payment.

Through the rewards icon, you can learn how to be our member, earn points, points redemption, birthday specials and also our referral program. For every 1000 SMiB points you will get $10 Off, 1900 SMiB points you get $20 off with no minimum purchase.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I RECEIVED A WRONG ITEM? 

In the unfortunate event that you received a wrong item, please email us: info@smib.com.sg and we will get it right for you.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I BOUGHT WRONG ITEM? 

We can offer an exchange within 14 days of purchase for unopened and unused products. If you want to exchange your products, this can be done in our office located in Tai seng. Kindly email us: info@smib.com.sg to make arrangements.

If you receive a damaged product, please take a photo of the item(s) and the shipping box. Kindly send the photo/video to info@smib.com.sg along with your order number. Our team will assist you accordingly.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY DELIVERY IS UNSUCCESSFUL?

We do not facilitate returns or refunds for unattempted failed deliveries. All our orders will shipped via registered mail with tracking numbers. Our delivery partner will make at least three attempts to deliver your parcel before it is returned to us. In the event of an unsuccessful delivery after three attempts, customers are responsible for arranging collection from our office or covering the re-delivery charges. We recommend customers ensure someone is available to receive the delivery.

RETURN SHIPPING POLICY FOR SINGAPORE AND OVERSEAS ORDERS:

For Singapore orders SMiB Singapore will not cover any return shipping fee for unattempted delivery, exchange and change of mind. Customers are responsible for arranging collection from our office or covering the re-delivery charges of SGD 3.99 which applies.

For overseas orders SMiB Singapore will not cover any return shipping fee for overseas orders in the event of unattempted delivery, exchange and change of mind. For returns from countries outside Singapore, you are liable for the cost of postage. Please refer to "Shipping" for the shipping return cost.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY 

Please note that due to the nature of our products due to hygenic reasons, all sales are final and we cannot offer return and refund.
